1a) What payment methods do you accept?.
"We accept paypal, credit and debit card. We also take PayPal, Amazon and store credit via Santicshop E-Gift Cards.
Gift Cards issued by our store are currently exclusive to our store, and unable to be used online. Similarly, our E-Gift Cards are exclusive to online purchases."
1b) I don't see Debit or Credit card payment option. How do I pay with Debit or Credit Card?
1.Click “Complete order” button on Payment page.
2. Click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button on PayPal login page.
3.Fill in your Debit or Credit card information on PayPal platform and hit “Pay Now” button at the end.1c) Can you reach to my location?
We ship all of our products worldwide.
1d) What's the shipping costs to my location?
We provide worldwide free shipping with tracking numbers(some countries). This free shipping service alone will save you up to 60% on purchase compared to other sellers. Please take advantage of Santicshop free traceable shipping.
1e)I don't know how to pick the size for myself?
Santicshop products are based on Asia size. Different designs use different materials with different elasticity. We are happy to help you pick the best fitting size if you could provide us your measurements of chest, waist, hip, height, weight with the item picture/link. (Please refer to the size chart for the detailed measurement positions.) Just send the above information to our service team at Service@santicshop.com Our service team reply email daily and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
1f) Do I need to consider the fabric shrinking after washing?
Nope. Santicshop products won’t shrink at all if you don't wash them in high temperature.
1g) Does Santicshop take custom orders (custom size etc)
Yes.

All prices are displayed in US Dollar.
1i ) Returns & Exchanges?
The items purchased from santicshop.com or our Amazon store could be exchanged or returned. If you purchase from local distributors or other retailers, please contact them to solve your problem. Returned or exchanged items need to be in the original packaging, not worn, washed or damaged, unused, with the original label, purchase receipt and not affecting our resale when we receive it. Products with quality problems can be returned and exchanged free of charge. We will refund the full amount to the original payment account within 20 days after receiving the returned goods. If you have any problems during the return process, please feel free to contact us service@Santicshop.com Due to subjective factors such as wrong size, color, and dislike of style, the return and exchange is required. In this situation, the return or exchange shipping cost is on buyer. Thank you for your understanding. And if you are not sure about your size before buying, please check our size chart or contact us service@Santicshop.com The return or exchange service is available within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Free gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
1j) APO and Po BOX address
"If your address is APO or PO BOX, we can only ship via regular shipping.
So, if your order amount over $150 USD, you want to enjoy free express shipping service. Please provide us a shipping address without APO/PO BOX. Then, Our system will change the shipping way to free express shipping automatically."
1k)How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center,you will receive another email with shipping information. Please check your spam box if you do not see it.
1l)Do you ship internationally?
"Santicshop can ship to all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD.
It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive at your country.Sometimes delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs.
Santicshop is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery."

All pads are Italy 4D Sponge, anti-vibration. Its lifetime is longer than Silicone.

2a) How do I know my order was successful? What is next after I place an order?
You shall expect to receive an order confirmation email right after the order is placed. The email contains your order number, order item description(s), item quantity(s),
and shipping information. Check your email spam box if you didn’t receive this email. Please make sure santicshop.com is on your email white list for future communication.
Please double check all the order information. In case there's any wrong information please contact us at service@santicshop.com ASAP.
2b) How do I track my order?
A few days after your order, you shall expect a shipping confirmation email from us. The email contains shipping information and tracking instructions.
Carefully read the email and follow the instructions to track your order. If you didn’t receive any shipping confirmation email, please double check your email spam box.
Please make sure service@santicshop.com is on your email white list for future communication.
2c) My tracking shows " Processed Through Facility,Origin Post is Preparing Shipment", and it has been days since last update, what does that mean?
That means your package has left China and is in transit to the destination country. Once arrive to the destination country, the tracking record will start being updated again.
You will have couple days to get ready for the package.
2d) My USPS.com tracking shows Shipping Lable Created, USPS waiting item, what does that mean?
That means your package has left China and is in transit to United States. Here is how the shipping works. Santicshop carrier ship the package and send information to USPS for US domestic shipping.
USPS wait for the package to arrive at US and then take over. After that, USPS will update US domestic shipping progress on their website. In your case, the package has left China and is in transition to US.
That’s why USPS awaiting item. Updates shall come in a couple days.
2e) What does ”completed” mean?
The "completed" status means Santicshop finished processing your order and your order was ready for shipping.
You shall have received a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Please check your spam box if you have not seen it.
2f) How do I change or cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped.
2g) Oops! I was so excited to place my order that I forgot to use my code.
We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.
2h) I place an order, but never receive a confirmation email.

After Delivery Questions:
3a) How do I appropriately wash and dry my cloth to make sure they last a long time?
Santicshop products are made of natural cotton fabrics. We recommend the following washing instructions.
1. Recommend cool water hand wash with mild detergent. At the minimum, warm water wash with washer.
2. Recommend hang-to-dry. At the minimum, cool air dry with dryer.
3b) What is the best way to contact Santicshop?

3c) How can I track my package?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when package be shipped out. In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll receive a tracking number and tracking websites .Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit the express company websites to enter the tracking number. From there, you can monitor your package’s progress until it’s delivered to your place.
3d) I received a damaged item, what do I do?
Please send us a couple of pictures to service@santicshop.com for our reference. Santicshop will send you an replacement once we confirm that is our quality issue.If you could fix it by yourself, we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired.
3e) There is something missing/Defective/Not what I order. What do I do?
"We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately.
If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team (service@santicshop.com) within two days of receipt and let us know.
We will work it out for you as quickly as possible."
3f) I'm an international customer and I want to return an item.
"Size issue: Santicshop could accept the exchange. Customer send back the items to our return address,Customer is responsible to the return shopping cost. And due to the COVID-19, the shipping company increase the fees, so the shipping fee of the replacement we ship out is also on buyer.
Quality issue: If you receive a damaged item, please provide us a couple of pictures for reference. Please send the pictures to service@santicshop.com We reply emails daily there.
We will arrange an replacement to you once we confirm it is quality problem.
If you could fix it by yourself, then we will issue a E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire!"
3g)My shoes/jersey/shorts/Bib short/Pans do not fit, and I want to return them
"No worries, as long as the items are unworn,unwashed,undamaged, in their original packaging, with the original packing included. Santicshop offers free exchange for first time customer.
Customer send back the items to our return address,Customer is responsible to the return shopping cost.Santicshop send out the exchange one free of charge.
